he Is A Liar

Every day I walk in fear.

Fear of violence, fear of tomorrow and what it might bring, but mostly fear that I am now less than I used to be.  In the words of this song I find strength to believe that I am still valued and worth more than what my crime suggests.  I also find that it gives me strength to carry on and live a fuller life.  A life that is based on His love and not on my perceptions. I hope you too can find something in this song that makes you feel moved.  Enjoy.

Fear Is a Liar  by Zach Williams

When he told you you’re not good enough
When he told you you’re not right
When he told you you’re not strong enough
To put up a good fight
When he told you you’re not worthy
When he told you you’re not loved
When he told you you’re not beautiful
That you’ll never be enoughFear, he is a liar
He will take your breath
Stop you in your steps
Fear he is a liar
He will rob your rest
Steal your happiness
Cast your fear in the fire
‘Cause fear he is a liarWhen he told you were troubled
You’ll forever be alone
When he told you you should run away
You’ll never find a home
When he told you you were dirty
And you should be ashamed
When he told you you could be the one
That grace could never changeFear he is a liar
He will take your breath
Stop you in your steps
Fear he is a liar
He will rob your rest
Steal your happiness
Cast your fear in the fire
‘Cause fear he is a liarLet Your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let Your fire fall Your love is all I feelLet Your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let Your fire fall Your love is all I feelLet Your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let Your fire fall Your love is all I feelOh, let Your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let Your fire fall Your love is all I feelOh, fear he is a liar
He will take your breath
Stop you in your steps
Fear he is a liar
He will rob your rest
Steal your happiness
Cast your fear in the fire
‘Cause fear he is a liar’Cause fear he is a liar
